Real Madrid have officially announced the contract extension of Vinícius Jr., with the Brazilian forward committing his future to the club until June 30, 2032.
Vinícius joined Real Madrid in July 2018 at the age of 18. Across eight seasons with Los Blancos, he has made 375 appearances, scored 128 goals, and lifted 14 major trophies: 2 UEFA Champions League titles, 3 FIFA Club World Cups, 2 UEFA Super Cups, 3 La Liga titles, 1 Copa del Rey, and 3 Spanish Super Cups.
The Brazilian has played a pivotal role in the club's recent success through his performances, goals, and assists, including scoring in Real Madrid's last two UEFA Champions League final victories — La Decimocuarta in Paris (2022) and La Decimoquinta in London (2024).
During his time at the club, Vinícius has also collected several individual honors, including The Best FIFA Men's Player 2024, the Golden Ball at the 2024 FIFA Intercontinental Cup, UEFA Champions League Player of the Season (2023/24), the Golden Ball at the 2022 FIFA Club World Cup, and UEFA Champions League Young Player of the Season (2021/22).
