Liverpool FC has unveiled the first images of a new permanent memorial at Anfield dedicated to the memory of Diogo Jota and his brother André Silva following their tragic passing last July.
The memorial, titled “Forever 20,” has been created to celebrate the lives of the two brothers, highlighting their close bond and the deep admiration shared by family members, teammates, and football supporters around the world.
At the centre of the tribute stands a flowing heart-shaped sculpture, inspired by Diogo Jota’s iconic goal celebration. The design also reveals the numbers 20 and 30 when viewed from different angles — a reference to the jersey numbers worn by the brothers during their football careers.
Liverpool FC described the memorial as a lasting symbol of remembrance, love, and unity, honouring the impact both brothers had on and off the pitch.
