Liverpool suffered a 3-0 defeat to Manchester City in the headline fixture of Matchweek 6 of the Premier League.
The result brought an end to Andoni Iraola’s 23-match unbeaten run in the English top flight, as the Spanish manager finally tasted defeat.
Prior to the match, Iraola had recorded 10 wins and 13 draws across 23 consecutive Premier League games. His previous defeat came in January, when his Bournemouth side lost 3-2 to Arsenal.
