Cristiano Ronaldo Jr could snub the chance to play alongside his dad in favour of a move to Europe.
Ronaldo’s eldest son believes testing himself against elite academies is vital to his dream of going pro.
The 15-year-old is currently plays for Saudi Pro League outfit Al-Nassr’s youth team, Ronaldo’s team.
And the teen is in line to play alongside his five-time Ballon d’Or-winning father in the first team next season.
But, like his legendary dad, Ronaldo Jr wants to play on Europe’s biggest stage, with Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain all circling.
Ronaldo Jr has grown up playing in various elite set-ups, including Juventus and Manchester United’s academies during his dad’s stints with the clubs.
And the youngster has his heart set on returning to the UK or Madrid, but his family is wary of the crushing media spotlight that will naturally try to compare him to his dad.

The Portugal youth star trained with Madrid’s Under-16s in March, when Ronaldo Sr was recovering from injury with medics in Spain.
Other continental giants including Borussia Dortmund and his dad’s youth side Sporting CP are possible destinations.
Ronaldo Jr has played for Portugal’s Under-15s and Under-17s, winning the World Cup with the latter in November.
On top of his international progress, Ronaldo Jr has consistently demonstrated his father’s keen eye for goal.
He netted 58 goals in 23 matches with Juventus’ U-9 team and 56 goals in 27 matches for Al Nassr’s U-15s.
Cristiano Jr is one of five children Ronaldo has had, though he has never disclosed who his biological mother is.
He and partner Georgina Rodriguez also had twins Eva and Mateo, as well as daughters Alana and Bella.
Ronaldo, 41, will play at this summer’s World Cup in what will likely be his final major tournament in his storied career.
The Manchester United legend has played more than 1,300 career games and is closing in on 1,000 goals.
