Tottenham Hotspur have officially announced the signing of Egypt international forward Omar Marmoush from Manchester City on a season-long loan deal, with an obligation to make the move permanent next summer.
Marmoush arrives as Spurs continue to strengthen their attacking options, with the Egyptian forward expressing his excitement about joining the club and working under Roberto De Zerbi.
Speaking after completing the move, Omar Marmoush said:

"Tottenham Hotspur is one of the biggest clubs in England, if not the world, and the project was very attractive to me.
"I've spoken with the Head Coach, I loved what he had to say and I'm sure our passion for the game will go very well together."
Sporting Director Johan Lange described Marmoush’s arrival as a statement of intent, highlighting his ability to perform at the highest level and his potential to make a major impact at the club.
Head Coach Roberto De Zerbi added:

The Italian coach praised Marmoush’s attacking qualities, pace, intelligence and goalscoring threat, believing he can take Tottenham’s attacking play to another level.
