Juventus are reportedly interested in signing Mohamed Salah on a free transfer from Liverpool, according to Italian outlet La Repubblica, as the Serie A giants look to strengthen their squad under new manager Luciano Spalletti.
According to La Repubblica, Spalletti is eager to bring the 33-year-old Egypt international to Turin despite Juventus failing to qualify for the UEFA Champions League. However, Salah would reportedly need to accept a significantly lower salary than the lucrative offers expected from clubs in Saudi Arabia.
Salah, who previously played in Italy with AS Roma, is said to be planning to make a final decision on his future after the FIFA World Cup.
The Liverpool star remains one of the most high-profile free agents potentially available on the market, with several clubs monitoring his situation closely.
