The 2025–26 season of German football concluded with the DFB-Pokal final, traditionally staged at the iconic Olympiastadion Berlin, where Bayern Munich faced Stuttgart in a high-stakes showdown.
Bayern struggled to break down Stuttgart’s disciplined defensive structure in a goalless first half. However, the deadlock was finally broken in the 55th minute when Harry Kane continued his prolific form, scoring to put the Bavarian side ahead.
Kane doubled Bayern’s advantage in the 80th minute with a brilliant turn and clinical finish, effectively sealing the match and putting Vincent Kompany’s side in full control of the final.

In stoppage time, Bayern were awarded a penalty, which Kane calmly converted in the 90+2 minute to complete a memorable hat-trick and cap off a dominant performance.
This triumph marks Bayern Munich’s 21st DFB-Pokal title, restoring their place at the top of German cup football after a six-year drought.
