The draw for the 2026-27 UEFA Nations League league phase took place in Brussels on Thursday, Feb. 12.
This will be the fifth edition of the competition, which involves the men's national teams from each of UEFA's member associations.
The competition is broken up into four leagues, with League A, League B and League C featuring 16 teams. League D features six teams. In League A, group winners and runners-up advance to the quarterfinals.
There is also promotion and relegation in the Nations League. Group winners in Leagues B, C, and D are directly promoted, while the last-placed teams of each group in Leagues A and B are directly relegated.
Portugal is the defending champion, having won the 2025 finals.
