Cristiano Ronaldo has officially etched his name further into football history, becoming the first player to reach at least 100 goals in three different top-tier domestic leagues: England’s Premier League, Spain’s La Liga, and the Saudi Pro League.
The milestone came during Al Nassr’s 4–2 win over Al Shabab on Thursday. In the 75th minute, Sadio Mané drove down the left wing and delivered a precise cross into the box, which Ronaldo finished first-time with a volley into the far corner, making it 3–1 for his side.
The strike marked Ronaldo’s 100th goal in just 105 appearances in Saudi Arabia, highlighting his remarkable scoring efficiency in the league. Across his career, he has now scored 103 goals for Manchester United, 311 for Real Madrid, 81 for Juventus, and 3 for Sporting CP.

He also became the first player in history to win the Golden Boot in four different domestic leagues. His goal-scoring dominance spans nearly two decades, beginning in the 2007–08 Premier League season and peaking during the 2014–15 La Liga campaign, where he scored 48 goals in 35 matches.
Since joining the Saudi Pro League, Ronaldo has continued his prolific form, winning the league’s top scorer award in both of his previous seasons. In the current 2025–26 season, he has already scored 26 goals, trailing Ivan Toney with 30 and Julián Quiñones with 29 in the scoring race.
The win over Al Shabab strengthened Al Nassr’s position at the top of the table with 82 points, five ahead of rivals Al Hilal, who still have a game in hand. With only two matches remaining, the upcoming clash between the two sides on May 12 is expected to decide the title race.
Al Nassr are also preparing for the AFC Champions League Two final against Gamba Osaka on May 16, giving Ronaldo another chance to secure his first official trophies with the club since his arrival.
