Rio Ferdinand appears to have quit the UK for good – after putting his mansion on the market for a mammoth £10.5million.
The Manchester United legend, 47, moved to Dubai with his family last August.
And Ferdinand fuelled speculation he has made the move permanent after putting his stunning seven-bedroom mansion up for sale.
The home in Orpington, Kent, sits within the exclusive gated neighbourhood of Farnborough Park.
It spans a whopping 12,500 sq ft and is surrounded by 20 acres of landscaped grounds.
Inside, there is a state-of-the-art gym, a master suite with two dressing rooms and a mezzanine lounge, a grand reception hall, a principal reception room and multiple entertaining spaces.
The lavish property also boasts a triple garage, studio, office and utility areas.
The listing on Rightmove says: “Nestled in an exclusive and discreet setting, this architect-designed masterpiece offers an exceptional standard of living, meticulously crafted to the vendors’ exacting specifications.
“Spanning an impressive 12,500 sq ft, this distinguished residence is situated within the prestigious gated enclave of Farnborough Park, a coveted estate positioned securely within the M25.”
Ferdinand stands to make close to £8m in profit if he manages to offload the house at the £10.5m asking price.

He snapped up the mansion for around £2.7m in 2008, when he was still enjoying a trophy-laden career with United.
But Ferdinand may be forced to pay capital gains tax on the profits if he is deemed by HM Revenue and Customs to be a non-UK resident.
The former England defender hit out at the Government when the decision was made to head to Dubai.
Ferdinand, who has a reported net worth of £57m, revealed crippling tax rises played a role in the decision to relocate.
He told LBC Radio: “If things like the health service, for example, was absolutely flying and working perfectly well then I think people wouldn’t mind paying tax.
“But when there’s things that are falling apart and going wrong in the country, then I sit there and go, we pay towards tax and is it really going towards the things that are actually benefiting the people that live here?
“And that’s the big question that needs answering. I think a lot of us know the answer to that.”
Ferdinand upped sticks with wife Kate, 34, their children Cree, five, and Shae, two, and his daughter Tia, 14, who he had with ex-wife Rebecca Ellison.
They now live in an ultra-modern £6.5m property in the gated Al Barari neighbourhood, which has been dubbed the Green Heart of Dubai.
The ex-West Ham and Leeds man added: “My family is seeing me so much more and I’m spending some quality time with them and I think that’s just been a great thing for me.
“I love England and I’m a patriotic guy in that sense, but a new journey, a new chapter, something different, I think is refreshing in my life.
“In Dubai, it feels like [my family] are valued, and the lifestyle means that they’re happy and vibrant with a good energy for the kids.
“Lifestyle, safety, weather and just a new life.”
Ferdinand’s other children Lorenz, 19, and Tate, 17, from his marriage to late wife Ellison, have remained in England.
