Chelsea have secured the long-term future of Cole Palmer, with the England international signing a new contract that will keep him at Stamford Bridge until 2034.
Since joining the Blues in August 2023, Palmer has established himself as one of the world’s finest attacking players.
He has provided 91 goal contributions in 138 appearances, won the FIFA Club World Cup and UEFA Conference League, while claiming an array of individual awards.
The 24-year-old has also made history on the international stage, becoming only the second England player to score in a European Championship final when he netted against Spain at Euro 2024.
'Chelsea means a lot to me and I think the club is going in the right direction, so I'm delighted to sign and I’m obviously very happy,' Palmer said.
'Speaking to the owners, to the sporting directors and obviously the manager, they gave me a lot of confidence so it was only right to sign.
'Speaking to players as well, everyone has the same ambitions. I feel like we win major trophies here consistently and I want to be a part of that and play a big role in it too.'

Palmer produced one of the finest and most memorable debut Chelsea campaigns after joining the club three years ago.
He netted 25 goals in the 2023/24 season, six of which came in back-to-back Premier League hat-tricks, and registered 19 assists. Palmer was voted Chelsea’s Player of the Season by supporters in addition to scooping the Players’ Player of the Season honour.
There was external recognition, too, with Palmer named Premier League Young Player of the Season and PFA Young Player of the Year.
He remained decisive in his second season. There was a hat-trick of assists in a win at Wolverhampton Wanderers before Premier League history was made with a four-goal, first-half haul against Brighton and Hove Albion.
And on the biggest stages, Palmer made his mark. He claimed two assists in Chelsea’s UEFA Conference League win over Real Betis, and later in the summer of 2025, scored twice and assisted Joao Pedro in their FIFA Club World Cup final win over Paris Saint-Germain.
Last term, there were 14 further goal involvements, including a strike against Bayern Munich in the UEFA Champions League and yet another hat-trick, this time away to Wolves.
